For the Bulk-µSR Facility Group which is part of the Laboratory for Myon Spin Spectroscopy - a division of the Research Department Research with Neutrons and Myons we are looking for a
- Give scientific support to the users of the PSI bulk µSR facility
- Participate to the development of new, cutting-edge experimental techniques and to the upgrade of existing µSR facility instruments
- Conduct your own µSR research and collaborate in research projects with external and/or internal µSR users
You are a recently graduated PhD scientist with experience in the field of condensed matter research. Preferably, you are familiar with spin-resonance methods, instrumentation and data acquisition techniques, cryogenics and instrument control. You like to work in a team, to give support to and collaborate with guest scientists. The position represents excellent opportunities for postdoctoral scientists to develop their expertise, to broaden experience and to interact with a large, international research community.
